BRIEF INTRODUCTION

Vietnam is an attractive country for foreign investors: The population in 2022 is expected to reach more than 99 million people. Working age (15-64 years old) accounts for 70% of the total population, equivalent to more than 50.7 million people. With a large source of young workers and an industrial land fund accounting for 66.4% of the total natural land area, Vietnam is considered a leading country attracting foreign investment. However, what always worries businesses is that the effectiveness of the planning to develop the brain structure of the workforce has not yet met the conditions.

Currently, Vietnamese labor force is trained to meet the basic needs of enterprises, but it is not really effective. Especially foreign enterprises in Vietnam. Many young workers do not have a clear orientation about their career goals and self-worth. Human resource planning as well as   training talent for companies is a matter of concern for enterprises.
